3. People fail to recognize that people want solutions to their problems and not necessarily your opportunity. (You need to learn that your business is not about your wants and needs. You are here to show people how your opportunity will help solve their problems. You do this by putting the needs of your potential customers or prospects first and not your own. Ask them questions to find out how additional income may provide them with benefits to go on that dream vacation, pay for their children's college, retire early, buy that vacation home etc. The key is building trust and showing them that you are a person they can count on.)
4. People give up on the opportunity before they even get started. (Hearing people say no to your opportunity especially when it is coming from friends or family members, which are the people that you trust the most, can really leave you feeling empty inside and confused. The excitement that you had when you first got into your new business slowly drindles away and it is hard to get it back. But their is hope. If you are serious about earning extra income through your business then you need to make at least a 6-12 month committment.)
5. People treat their new business like a hobby. (You will fail at your business if you do not take it seriously and treat it like it is your own business. Set goals and do the activities that will help you achieve those goals. Hold yourself accountable. No one said it would be easy but the financial rewards of your hardwork can be great!
